First year ISO Audit on all three catagories has been carried out and we are delighted to have passed without a single non-conformance. This is a credit to all staff who work hard to maintain the system along with our consultant.

We are currently undergoing training on a new computer service management system that was installed in March. This substantial investment will vastly improve the organisation and not only make the day to day operation easier to manage and greatly improve communication as it encompases all of our current systems into one database, but will also enable prompt reporting and offer an improved service to our customers.

It is worth mentioning that our Director, Mark Sheldon, along with 11 others will later this year in September embark on a 3046 mile charity cycle ride across the USA to raise funds for Hope House children’s hospices!
